It would have been no e to have the option of a mid day flight and not super early or super late in the day. The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them.

This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight. The seats were larger & more roomy than the old planes. Flight from Tampa to Houston was canceled. SPIRIT rebooked me and they double booked my seat. Conclusion I COULD NOT TRAVEL TO HOUSTON. I MISSED MY GRANDDAUGHTER BIRTHDAY.

It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Like South West(2 check in baggage free) if Alaskan Airlines could give at least one check in baggage free then it would be great. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for in comfort. Spirit need to stop nickel and dime for every thing. Next time I am flying Southwest Airlines. This was my first time with Spirit.

He always was smiling and giving pins to the kids which made me smile. The flight was quick too and without turbulence. Thank you for the great flying experience. The process of buying the ticket and navigating all the hidden charges that Frontier throws at you was a terrible experience. The actual airport experience and flying was fine.

No worries but some how I missed it. The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth. All parts were excellent, especially staff at bag tag printing and inflight crew. Just the normal differences from past air travel could be improved but we’ve learned to accept those—cramped seats, minimal food/beverage, etc.

I would not recommend this company. I will never consider SPIRIT as an airline . Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed.

The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min.

Flight was rebooked through Ontario, California and connecting flight was delayed by over three hours. Frontier is living up to their Greyhound of the skies reputation for sure. I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours.
